Do I need special hardware?
No! Entro works in any modern web browser. For barcode scanning, any USB or Bluetooth scanner works. For receipt printing, connect a standard 80mm thermal printer.
Can I manage multiple warehouses?
Yes. Create unlimited warehouse locations, track stock per location, transfer inventory between warehouses, and receive shipments per batch.
How does barcode printing work?
When you finalize a purchase batch, barcodes are auto-generated. Export them as PDF labels (with customizable sizes) for your barcode printer, or as an A4 sheet.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. Your data is stored on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure with role-based access control, encrypted connections, and automatic backups.
How many users can I add?
Each company gets 5 users included (1 admin + 4 staff members) with roles like Cashier, Warehouse, and Accountant. If you need additional users, your super admin can add more through the admin panel.
How does pricing work?
Your super admin sets a recurring payment amount for your subscription. This can be adjusted at any time through the super admin dashboard. Contact us to get started with a custom quote.
